The Trello Post (Alone - Beta)

As a designer, Trello is one of the most useful tools in my arsenal. With multiple work loads to manage I can easily see which tasks belong to each discipline, and who from that discipline is assigned to specific tasks by using the labels and member features respectively.

To ensure I am able to keep up with exactly which stage of development an asset, script, or task is up to, I create separate columns which are used to break down the development stages accordingly. This is particularly useful for the artist workload. Doing things this way ensures that the team can see which stage a work item is up to at a moments glance. I update the board as per the team's daily progress to ensure it is as up to date as possible.

Being able to leave notes, add checklists, due dates, and attach reference images is a great way to communicate to the team exactly what is required of us. Paired with other project management tools such as Source Tree and Google Drive, as well as maintaining constant communication, has allowed my team to stay ahead of the project's deadlines.
